Jover S. Romero is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of combined experience in Audit, Accounting and Taxation. He started his audit career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Philippines with focus on the following industries; consumer, industrial products, pharmaceutical, mining and exploration. His main audit clients includes TVI Resource Development Phils., Sony Philippines, Inc and Levi Strauss (Philippines) Inc.
In 2011, he put up Romero-Servañez Accounting Firm with office in Romblon and in Manila after 2 years. He has been in the Public Practice for almost 9 years with accreditation from the Board of Accountancy and Bureau of Internal Revenue. He is also an accredited external auditor of Cooperative Development Authority.
Jover graduated Cum Laude from Philippine School of Business Administration Manila with a bachelor degree in Accountancy.
Ma. Cecilia M. Aringo

Ma. Cecilia M. Aringo is a Certified Public Accountant with 24 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting and taxation. She served as Accounting Manager for TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. and its affiliated mining companies. She has previously worked for Guoco Holdings Phils., Inc.’s (now Prime Orion) subsidiaries namely: Tutuban Properties Inc., owner and developer of Tutuban Mall; Orion Property Development Inc., a real estate property company; and 22ban.com, then the online sales and distribution channel of Tutuban Center.
She started her career at Far East Bank and Trust Company before it was merged with Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI).
Cecile obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree at Centro Escolar University (Manila) and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Jover graduated Cum Laude from Philippine School of Business Administration Manila with a bachelor degree in Accountancy.
